Most importantly please ensure that the mobile app has been downloaded! If not, then you need to visit the Download page to find the appropriate app for your smartphone.
Open the app and select the “Clock In” section. To mark your attendance, tap and hold the green “Clock In” button.
You will be prompted to take a selfie to complete the verification process.
As you clock in, you will need to authorize access to your location and physical activity, allowing for the collection of location data in the background. Kindly grant this permission to enable effective location tracking.
Once you have successfully clocked in, a check mark will appear, indicating that you are still clocked in.
N.B: If you are assigned to multiple offices, you will need to select the correct office from the dropdown menu.
