Firstly, ensure that you have downloaded our FieldServicely app and clocked in!
To download the app, go to the download page. (If you haven’t clocked in yet, please do so now)🙂
To access the "Clock In" area, push down on the green button for a few seconds.
Please provide the necessary permissions and take a selfie while clocking in.
After clocking in, just go to the “Jobs” section.
If you are assigned to a job, you will get a notification and it will appear under the “To Do” Jobs.

If you happen to be a manager or administrator and unable to see the green circle, please click on "My Jobs" to access and check into the jobs.
To continue, press and hold in the button for a few seconds once again and you will be checked in.
Now you will see a check mark once you have started the job
Upon completion of a job, you may check out via the check out button.
Now you will need to upload Job Evidence! Once on the “evidence page”, you will be able to submit your evidence and finalize the process.
You may upload a photo or voice note.
Simply click, “Open Camera” to capture an image, or select the “Upload a voice note” section to record your audio.
After recording the audio, click on the check mark to save the recording.
You may also leave a text note if wanted, but that is totally optional.
Next, click on the “Submit Job” button to submit the job for approval.
Once completed, the job will be located in the “Submitted” section. If you are not there, go to the "Submitted" section to check the submitted jobs.
Then, click on the “+ Add More” button to attach more evidence if required.
Upon approval, you will be notified accordingly and may view the specific job located in the Approved/Rejected section.
