In order to create a job, first you have to go to the left side panel.
Choose: Jobs > All Jobs, then select “+ Create Job” as shown below 🏢
Please provide all the required information.
Choose a name for the job and the appropriate job status as well as work order.
If you wish to consider dispatching the job right away, select "Ready to dispatch."
The Alternative option would be, to schedule the job for a later time, in that case, select "Unscheduled." 🙂
When you choose the "Ready to dispatch" option, you will be allowed to select the time and date options. It will now also be required to designate an assignee. Additionally, you have the option to specify the job location and color theme selection for visualizing this job.
To set up recurring jobs, go to the “Recurring Schedule” section. Then, select your preferred repeating pattern, such as daily, every 2 or 3 days, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Lastly, indicate the “Ending On” date to specify when this recurring schedule will end.
To initiate the job, please click the “Create Job” button. A notification will be sent to the assigned individuals about the job.
