Firstly, go into the “Scheduling” section located at the side panel.
From there, you are able to set up a job.
In order to create a new job schedule, you may select: “Create Job Schedule” button found at the upper right corner or you may choose the date of your choice from the calendar.
After selecting the date, click the “Create Job Schedule” button in the popup window.
From here you will be directed to the “Create Job” page.
please enter the necessary job details,name, work order, assignee, time, and other relevant information.
To set up a recurring schedule, access the “Recurring Schedule” option and select the repeating pattern along with the end date for this schedule.
Now, click on the “Create Job” button to create the job schedule.
