Simple and Easy Steps to Schedule HVAC Jobs 

FieldServicely lets you schedule HVAC jobs easily on a one-time or recurring basis for routine checkups. Schedule and assign jobs to your HVAC Technicians easily. This is how it works-

1. Once you have received an HVAC job, create a work order, adding the details. Add customer details. You can use existing customers' profiles if it's a repeat order, or create new customer details by clicking on “Add new customer”.

2. Now, add a job by adding the job name, status, description, and job location. Use a previously saved location for the customer or add a new location. You can use it if needed further.

3. Now schedule your HVAC job by creating a shift and assigning the responsible HVAC technicians. Add the date and duration of the job. 

4. For routine inspection, you can create a recurring schedule so that you do not need to schedule the same HVAC job again. Choose the recurrence frequency and end date to schedule the job. 

5. HVAC scheduling is done. You can also duplicate the same work order for further use. 

Your HVAC technician will get a notification of the scheduled job and see the shift and location details inside the mobile app. With easy navigation, they can reach the job location and complete the tasks.
