1. Once you have received a job order, create a work order adding the details. Add customer details. You can use existing customers' profiles if it's a repeat order or create new customer details by clicking on “Add new customer”.

2. Now add a job by adding the job name, status, description, and job location. Use a previously saved location for the customer or add a new location. You can use it if needed further.

3. Now schedule the job by creating a shift and assigning the responsible worker/technician. Add the date and duration of the job. 

4. For routine inspection, you can create a recurring schedule so that you do not need to schedule the same job again. Choose the recurrence frequency and end date to schedule the job.
